Your Hosts
Andrew is a retired legal practitioner and Helen a former native & gourmet food retailer. Both came from a rural background and accordingly have an affinity for the bush.

Our vision was to build on land adjacent to our home, unique contemporary Australian accommodation which fostered an appreciation of the bush but was attuned and aligned with nearby award winning wineries, restaurants and wildlife sanctuaries.

We decided on self catering accommodation with breakfast provisions supplied to enable our guests to do their own thing, in their own time. We felt that most guests did not want to be regimented to a time table.

Why the name “Cladich”? We named our own home “Cladich Cottage” after a small village on Loch Awe in Scotland where our branch of the “MacArthur” clan originated. It was a natural extension to call the pavilions “Cladich Pavilions”.

Superior quality, attention to detail, and a high service ethic is paramount in ensuring that our guests have a quality experience.
